The Updated Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats course provides seafarers with the essential skills to operate survival and rescue craft safely during and after an emergency.

This STCW elementary first aid course module is a combination of theory and practical training for basic first aid and life saving skills. This course is intended for all seafaring personnel who need to be able to practice elementary first aid on board ship.

Our STCW Basic Safety Training Course, often referred to as the STCW95 or STCW 2010, package is a five-day course consisting of the four basic modules and the now mandatory Proficiency in Security Awareness training.

The STCW Personal Survival Techniques course (often referred to as Sea Survival training) covers all the essentials for dealing with a survival situation at sea.

The STCW Fire prevention and fire fighting course deals with the necessary precautions to minimize the risk of fires aboard ship, how fires are caused and the first means of extinguishing them.

This STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibility (PSSR) course module gives basic induction training in safety procedures and accident prevention and familiarizes novice seafarers with employment and working conditions aboard. It is a classroom based theory course.

Our STCW2010 4 Day Update package covers the following course refreshers over 4 consecutive days: Updated Proficiency in Personal Survival Techniques, Updated Proficiency in Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Updated Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (excluding fast rescue boats) and Updated Proficiency in Advanced Fire Fighting.

The Updated Proficiency in Advanced Fire Fighting is a one day theory course based around classroom learning. The focus will be upon shipboard fire fighting operations and the use and management of fire fighting parties, as well as inspection and maintenance of fire fighting systems and equipment on board.

Our STCW 2010 2 Day Update package covers the following course refreshers over 2 consecutive days; Updated Proficiency in Personal Survival Techniques and Updated Proficiency in Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting.

Our STCW2010 3 Day Update package covers the following course refreshers over 3 consecutive days: Updated Proficiency in Personal Survival Techniques, Updated Proficiency in Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting and Updated Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (excluding fast rescue boats).

The STCW 2010 Updated Proficiency in Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting course is designed to ensure seafarers can competently fight fires at sea. The training covers the use of various firefighting equipment, including portable and wheeled extinguishers, hoses, and nozzles. It also focuses on how to extinguish different types of fires as part of a team and includes practical experience using breathing apparatus (BA) to perform casualty rescues and fight fires in smoke-filled environments.
